Family Go Karting

In these days of touchy-feely fairness, it’s not often you get to unleash your ruthless side. Give the kids a rare opportunity to beat their parents at something (you know who you are, competitive mums and dads!) during an evening of fast and furious karting. It’s how a lot of top F1 drivers (including Jenson Button and current world champion Lewis Hamilton) first got into racing before they were lured away by the big bucks. The experience begins with a full safety briefing for the whole group followed by a 15 minute practice session. After a break to get your breath back, you’ll hit the track for another 15 minute driving session. A lap time report at the end tells you how well each of you has driven and who has ended up with the highest overall score. In the spirit of good family relations, you can show there are no hard feelings by joining in a rousing chorus of ‘We Are The Champions’ on the way home!
